Russian licensed production of Silver boats was launched just a year after this Finnish brand entered the local market in 2001. Together with several successful models from Finland, European manufacturing traditions came to the plant located in St. Petersburg. In just a few years, the Russian Silver developed its own range of fishing and pleasure boats made of light alloy, and by 2008 masterfully mastered working with fiberglass (manual molding).

Today, the company is one of the largest, technically equipped and successful manufacturers of boats from 4.5 to 9.5 m long in the country. The shipyard employs about 200 employees, in terms of production, Russian Silver is ahead of the Finnish company of the same name. More than 100 open and cabin boats under the Silver, NorthSilver and NorthSilver PRO brands, which comply with CE and GOST standards, leave its slides monthly. The latter can be seen in the arsenal of public services, including the Ministry of Emergencies and the police.

Silver's own design bureau listens to the wishes of customers, constantly refines existing models, of which there are several dozen in the shipyard's portfolio. Silver boats are popular not only because of their seaworthy and operational properties, but also because of the stable quality and relatively low cost, which can be achieved thanks to the high standards of conveyor assembly. Almost four dozen dealers provide distribution and service of Silver boats in all significant regions of Russia.
