Yamarin shipyard is one of the most promising projects of the large Finnish company Konekesko Group and produces small multifunctional boats designed for outboard engines. The first Yamarin appeared in 1972, and now the shipyard’s model range includes boats of 4–8 meters in length with a center console, bow-riders, and family-friendly cabin boats, which are made from composite materials. A separate line of boats called Yamarin Cross (5–7 meters) is addressed to fishing enthusiasts and combines boats with light-alloy hulls and fiberglass decks, equipped with a center console or closed wheelhouse.

The shipyard’s products are initially oriented to the northern waters, therefore Yamarin boats equipped with Yamaha engines serve perfectly in temperate and cold climates. More than 60% of Yamarin boats are made for export, and the main importers are Norway, Sweden and Russia. Thanks to the well-developed Konekesko Group dealership network and the good reputation of Yamaha, many choose these inexpensive, high-quality and easy-to-maintain boats for the first acquaintance with yachting.
